Padel
- Look for a Padel racket suited to your game. If you have past experience in racket sports look at something intermediate.
- Beginner rackets have a bigger sweet spot that are more forgiving. Advance and
- Advance and Pro padels have a smaller sweetspot but the control and power is higher, giving you the ability to do a v ariety of shots.
- Our shops have a full range of padels ranging from Kiddies to Professional.

Shoes
Court shoes are a must have. Not only for the grip on the turf but also to limit injuries.
You can use tennis shoes, but if you buying for the first time have a look at the padel specific shoes available from our Club sports shops.
Clothing
Sports clothing is recommended. Light weight, not too heavy. You will sweat a lot.
Sweat bands are a good idea, to wipe off the sweaty palms.
Outdoor play, we recommend a visor or Cap. Sweat towel is advised.
Always pack a spare shirt/top and sweater for after the game.
